Bookkeeping for Music Events & Venues

Music events and performances should feel special. Whether it’s an orchestral concert or a punk show in a dive bar, an outdoor festival or a dark warehouse rave, the goal is the same. You want to create a connection between everyone who’s there and memories that will stick with them forever.

And the number of moving parts that go into a successful show is almost too many to count.

  • Performers
  • Promoters
  • Vendors
  • Security
  • Sound & lighting
  • Ticketing
  • Outrageous amount of marketing
  • Service staff (everyone from bartenders to coat check people to ushers to the people scanning tickets)
  • Merch
  • Food & drink
  • And of course, the crowd

With every one of those moving parts, there is always money to track. That’s where Mark comes in. As someone who has run events himself, he already knows the cashflows and costs that go into concerts, raves, and other music events – so you can feel confident the money’s in good hands while you focus on putting all the pieces in the right place.
